Three World Trade Center Renovation Roundup

A leaky membrane outside the Three World Trade Center in downtown Portland signals that a move to sustainable landscaping is under way.

Native herbaceous plants, special water-retaining soil and bioswales are all being used in the renovation of the space on the Northwest side of the building. Garron Grounds is the landscape architect and D&R Masonry Restoration is doing the masonry work for the project.
